Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply to be a volunteer to promote(宣传) reading among middle school students in Taizhou.

I have loved reading since I was young. I have a habit of reading in my spare time. At weekends I also go to the library to do some reading. At school I often read with my iPad. I often download some books from the Internet and read them with my friends. I read more than ten great books a year. There are many books are my favorite such as Five Thousand Years, Little Red Riding Hood and so on. Reading makes a full man. It not only increases our knowledge, improves our abilities to solve problems, but also helps us form a good habit with the feelings of happiness.

I do well in making a speech and I&# 39; m good at communicating with others. I have a lot of free time during the summer vacation. My parents also encourage me to do whatever I like. I think I am suitable for the job. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
