Out-of-class activities are very important to us teenagers. Why does it say so? That&# 39; s because the students are weaker and weaker under the pressure of study tasks. Out-of-class activities provide them an opportunity to build their bodies strong and make them healthy. After relaxing for a while, their mind will be smart. They can solve their problems cleverly.

What can the students do during the out-of-class activities? I think having a short school trip is a good idea. Also you can join some clubs such as music or dancing. If you want, learning swimming is helpful a lot.

Out-of-class activities are necessary and useful. But some activities are harmful and helpless. For example, spending much time on the Internet or playing computer games all day and all night. I think you can find the correct activities that fit you.
