《 Let It Go》是华特迪士尼动画工作室的 2013年动画作品《冰雪奇缘》（ Frozen）当中的主题曲，由 Kristen Anderson-Lopez和 Robert Lopez作曲作词。这首歌由美国百老汇演员、歌手 Idina Menzel担任片中角色——艾莎（ Elsa）——的配音以及演唱。这首歌在艾莎女王离开她的王国之后，独自一人在冰天雪地的世界里开始创造她的新王国时所演唱。艾莎明白了不再需要隐藏自己的冰雪魔法。她对世界宣告，自己从童年不敢面对的障碍中走了出来，并且无拘束地使用冰雪魔法。
2014年 3月 3日北京时间上午 9:30(洛杉矶当地时间 2日晚)，第 86届奥斯卡颁奖典礼在好莱坞杜比剧院举行。《冰雪奇缘》获最佳动画长片奖，该片主题曲《 Let It Go》不负众望，夺得第 86届奥斯卡最佳原创歌曲奖。
