【解题宝典】

倡议书是个人或集体提出建议并公开发起，希望和别人共同完成开展某项公益活动的一种专用书信。倡议书一般由标题，称呼，正文，结尾，落款五部分组成。

标题：倡议书的标题一般由文种名单独组成，如“ Written Proposal”，有时还可以由倡议内容和文种名共同组成，如“ Contributions-Written Proposal”。不过在很多情况下，标题常常省略。

称呼：一般顶格写在第二行开头。倡议书的称呼可依据倡议收的对象而选用适当的称呼。如 Ladies and gentlemen， Boys and girls和 Dear friends等。

正文：一般在第三行空两个字符写正文。

倡议书的内容需要包括以下两个方面：

结尾：结尾要表示倡议者的决心和希望或者提出某种建议。

落款：落款即在右下方写明倡议者的姓名或单位名称，然后署上发倡议的日期。
