【解题宝典】
通知按内容分有专题通知、会议通知、工作布置通知等；从形式角度上分有口头通知、书面通知两种形式，其内容包括时间、地点和活动内容等。从试题对通知考察的角度来看，主要考察通知格式及通知正文时态的应用等方面。
要想写好通知，应注意通知的结构（由标题→正文→结尾三部分组成）；通知的格式和通知的时态（多用将来时或现在时）等。学习时，重点掌握口头通知和书面通知的写法。
1.口头通知：口头通知的开头往往要有称呼，如： Boys and girl， Comrades and friends， ladies and gentlemen。常有提醒听众注意的词语和句子，如： Attention! I have something to tell you…等。通知的正文要求准确无误（特别是时间和地点），流畅得体。口头通知要口语化，结尾还可以说声 That's all, thank you等，以示礼貌。
2.书面通知：书面通知往往贴在明显的位置，为醒目起见，标题的每一个字母可以大写如： NOTICE。其常见的格式如下：
