近日，迪拜新建的“公主塔”获吉尼斯世界纪录确认为全球最高住宅建筑。据报道，“公主塔”有 107层，包括 6层地库。它高 413.4米，占地面积达 3475平方米。建筑内共有 763间住宅单元。顶楼有一间可以远眺人工棕榈岛的豪华住宅。
